Liverpool Football Club has revealed plans to honour the memory of Portuguese forward Diogo Jota and his brother, Andre Silva, with a permanent memorial sculpture at Anfield. The tribute follows the tragic car crash that claimed their lives on July 3 in Zamora, Spain. Andre Silva had been playing for Portuguese second division side Penafiel at the time. In addition to the sculpture, Liverpool will include a “Forever 20” emblem on their players' shirts for the entire upcoming season, ensuring the legacy of Jota and his brother lives on at the heart of the club.
