The event will be held at the Nigerian Institute of International Affairs (NIIA) and Eko Hotel and Suites on Victoria Island. President Bola Ahmed Tinubu and other high-profile guests are expected to attend. As a result, major traffic delays, roadblocks, and a strong security presence are expected in the area. Residents are advised to avoid Victoria Island or plan extra travel time.
